Since it hasn't been licensed there is no (buyable) English version of Citrus available, so you'll only find the original Japanese version of it.
Right now, there is no complete volume of Citrus out yet, but the chapters are released in the “Comic Yuri Hime” magazine. You'll find them in the most recent issues of the magazine.
If you don't know where to get it, I just bought mine in this store:
