Remember when we talked about our wishes for 2018? I guess you could say we can already cross two things off of this list. Number one, Citrus is going strong. Number two, our most awaited SonoHana game—namely Maidens of Michael—will soon be released in English.
And when I say soon, I mean soon. On the 22nd of February, to be exact. I would have loved to have seen this get released on Valentine’s Day, but I am so okay with this date as well.

Next up, yet another (possibly) yuri anime project Release the Spyce has popped up. I actually didn’t know about this one yet, but what gives me hope that we might see quite some yuri in this show is the fact that Namori, creator of Yuru Yuri will be involved in this project. And taking a look at the characters, it’s hard not to notice.
No release date has been announced so far, but we’ve at least gotten a bit of information.

Release the Spyce is only having the art done by the Yuru Yuri author. However… if it’s going to be written by the author of YuYuYu, so expect some depression.

Well looks like I have to spend some more money when Maidens of Michael comes out on February 22nd! 😀 and money well spent I say. I still hold out hope the rest of the Sono Hanna games will be licensed, but that depends on how well Maidens of Michael sells. Come on yuri community lets show them all that this is what we want!
I heard about Release the Spyce and the fact Namori was the original character designer instantly caught my attention. Too early to say if it will be yuri but hopefully there will be SOMETHING in the series when it finally airs. And man do I love Namori’s designs for those characters! 😀 Will definitely give thisshow a shot when it airs.

I actually think this will be the first step into getting many many more Sono Hana games.
Since this one features so many couples, people will end up wanting more and thus that’s what we’ll get…. in an ideal world 😀

Hopefully that is what happens! 😀 and money well spent indeed! Any money spent on yuri is money put towards the creation of more yuri or the licensing of yuri anime and manga! Needless to say ill be doing my part when 4 new licensed yuri manga come out next week including Kase-san and Citrus! 😀
