Today, we’re really putting the “more” into YuriReviews and More. In the 6+ years that this blog has existed, we haven’t really talked that much about fanfiction. I’ll assume everyone who’s visited this blog knows exactly what fanfiction is, so let’s talk a little bit about the subjects of this story instead.
One of the fun things about Kpop is how much shipping goes on in the various fanbases. This is especially prevalent in groups, so regardless of whether we’re talking about a boy band or a girl group, chances are that there are legions of fans that ship some members of the same group together.
Guys, I have to apologize to you in advance. What is going to follow is indeed some awesome fanfiction recommendations, but they might feel a little… let’s say… similar, since most of them feature the same pairing.
Well, you see, when I like something, I focus my attention on that specific thing, and in this case, this “thing” is Pharmercy. So, yeah, I hope you can still enjoy~
Title: Sleep Sounds
Description: Pharah and Mercy have trouble sleeping. A series of chance encounters prove that the solution might be each other.
Genre: Romance, Yuri, Drama
Pairing: Pharah x Mercy
Status: Finished – 7 chapters

Doesn’t this one just sound super simple, yet super awesome? It implies that there is some cuddling happening, which is always a plus, but the author added in way, way more.
Not only do we see the oh-so-slow love story between the two love birds unfolding, no, the story is also stuffed with just the right kind of Pharmercy moments to just melt your heart~
Since I’m such a huge fanfiction fan, I believe something like this shouldn’t be missing. Still, I think this post will mostly be a copy and paste post, since almost all of the fanfics I’ll name are already in one of my two fanfiction recommendation lists that I made some time ago. Again, I have to note that I don’t know how many people are really interested in something like this, but I really hope that I can at least help some of you find something new to read~
10. Bad Dog
Source: Shingeki no Kyojin
Description: Krista nearly hits a dog with her car during a storm and takes it home, only to find that it’s not just a dog, but a person named Ymir seemingly stuck within a curse.
Genre: Romance, Comedy, Supernatural
Pairing: Ymir x Christa
I just came across this one a few months ago and fell in love with it at first sight. Other than the characters, this fanfiction has nothing in common with the Shingeki no Kyojin anime and manga. So you could say it’s a rather light and fun story that is quite easy to read and very entertaining on top of that.
Just like my previous one, this is going to be another Fanfiction recommendation list. If you haven’t read Part 1 yet and are interested in some more yuri recommendations, click here and get redirected to my previous list.
I know, not many people actually read fanfiction, at least if we compare it to the amount of people who watch anime or read manga, but just like doujinshi, many fan works come with a pretty intriguing and great story. In rare cases the fan work even surpasses its original anime or manga, but that’s unfortunately pretty rare, especially when it comes to fanfiction.
So if you’re either new to this or simply looking for something new to read, let me give you some more recommendations of fanfictions, that I especially came to love.
You’ll find stories about the following anime in this list: Shingeki no Kyojin, Mai Hime/Otome and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.
I don’t really know how many of you like reading Fanfictions. Personally I do, I would even say I’m in love with many of them. So for everyone that is looking for some nice yuri fanfictions, let me give you some recommendations of those that I, so far, enjoyed the most.
You will find fanfictions of the following Anime: Mai Hime/Mai Otome, Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha/A’s/StrikerS and Kannazuki no Miko.
Before I’ll list them let me tell you that I know that many people are a little biased when it comes to fanfiction. I can kind of understand why, since many of them are poorly written and thus not very attractive for us readers, and that’s coming from me, a person who’s mother tongue isn’t even English…. But what I’m going to recommend you are stories that don’t only prove their quality with the amount of reviews they got, but that are also (at least in my eyes) written in a very appealing way.
