Title: A Love Letter from the Marching Puppy Artist: Tamasaki Tama Genre: Yuri, School Life, Military, Historical Status: Ongoing – 5 Chapters Description:
After her parents passed away, Shinobu Indou starts learning as a cadet in a military academy. She arrives to the scene looking pretty ragged and thus gets picked on by one of her senpais, Kagami Fujino. However, as soon as she starts paying more attention to her appearance, Kagami suddenly starts acting very, very different towards her, rather trying to help and get close to Shinobu, instead of picking fights.
This one caught me by surprise. You could say the gorgeous art caught my attention, and the story kept me there. Well, the story and Kagami. Their chemistry is rather odd at first, but during the few instances in which Kagami lets her true feelings slip, you just can’t help but fall in love with them. I can’t wait to see how this continues~
Characters: 8.5/10 and Story: 8.5/10
The story is set around a group of friends who attend university together. They all have to deal with their own problems, be it with friends, with university or most of all, with love.
Ruki, the protagonist of the manga, is in her first year of university. She doesn’t know many people, and she is not yet used to everything that is going on in this new environment.
However, thanks to a group assignment, she is forced to work with some other girls on a project together, and this is where she meets some of her later friends.
For some reason, I just won’t run out of new material for Top 10 lists. But this time, I think it’s a really important list.
Well, I tried to postpone it long enough so I’d have enough time to post reviews of each and every artist that I wanted to name in this list. However, I didn’t manage to do so, which is why some of the artist reviews I wanted to write are still not done, but they will follow soon, I promise.
So even though I wasn’t able to do so for all the artists, at least in some cases, clicking on their names will redirect you to my reviews about them.
Amano Shuninta is a female mangaka mostly known for works like “Yukemuri Sanctury”, “Sweet Guilty Love Bites” and her most recent manga “The Feelings We All Must Endure”. In addition to that she has already released a number of one-shots, most of which including ecchi or NSFW material.
I would say that these 18+ works are probably her most famous ones, but that doesn’t come as a surprise. She’s one of those artists that can draw sex without making it look weird, over the top or in general just too intense. Personally I prefer it like that, which is precisely why I enjoy her adult works so much. In my opinion, I would even say that she’s one of the most talented artists when it comes to the depiction of sex, so some of these scenes are presented to you in such an unusual and sometimes even funny way, that I find myself re-reading her works all over again, without ever getting bored.
