At long last, this review FINALLY marks the end of our MariMite review fest. It’s been fun, but it’s time to bid adieu to the girls of Lillian, however, at least they’re going out on a high note.
Now that we’re firmly settled in to 2018, it’s back to MariMite. With this being the third season and all, is the third time really the charm?
The MariMite review train just keeps on going, as this time, we take a look at Maria-sama ga Miteru: Haru~
It’s been a while, but after almost five years of existence, one of the most important yuri anime of all-time finally gets a review here on YR. Let’s not waste anymore time and just get to it already~
2009: Obama was sworn in as president, The King of Pop died, and yuri anime had its best year ever. Looking at the current slate of airing anime is usually a depressing affair that involves hoping and praying that a show will have something, anything for us to pin our yuri hopes to. More often than not, that results in disappointment and an early look towards what the next season might bring. But once upon a time, there was no need for any of that. Regardless of the season, there was a little something for every type of yuri fan~
Coming on the heels of our latest YuriReviews survey, we thought it would kind of be a cool idea for you guys to determine which anime we’ll be reviewing next here on YR. The ten choices listed in the poll at the bottom of the post include some classic series as well as some newer ones, but I think they’d all make for interesting reviews.
We’ve listed some quick info on the nominees, as well as some
questionable reasons why they should or shouldn’t be chosen. 😛
If what you’d prefer to read about isn’t listed, feel free to name your choice in the comments section~
