That’s right, more music. Be sure to play it loud. 😛
Do you ever want to go out in the middle of nowhere at night and just stare at the stars and reflect on life? If so, this is the perfect song to do that. The melancholy is intense with this one, and I think that also applies to most of the other songs from Ever So Blue. They should change their name to Ever So Good. 😛
Who says that songs need vocals? If you’ve ever listened to Hammock, you’ll know that that’s not the case (though some of their songs do feature vocals). The story in the video is bittersweet and depressing, yet it really hits you in the feels, and the music plays a super huge part in that.
When I first came across Hotel Apache, that 80’s aesthetic really caught me off guard, but I ended up liking it a lot. I searched for and found a handful of other songs from them that I like, however, I think this one was the best of the bunch. And in case you’re wondering, yeah, their other songs also have that 80’s sound, and it’s glorious.
This duet is so dman cute! I thought Park Kyung looked familiar, and it’s because he’s a member of Block B (this is still their best song). These two sound so good together, and you combine that cuteness with the cuteness from the video and you have a hit on your hands.
Last week, we had a song from Le Voyageur, and it didn’t take long for us to find another track from him that caught our attention. I have to say, I think I like this one better than the one from last week.
Mamamoo is a group that should appeal to yuri fans, since you’re probably not going to find another Kpop group that’s as gay as this one. Exhibit A and Exhibit B. More so than most other girl groups, these girls always exhibit a ton of personality, and that’s why they’re easily one of my favorite groups. And I guess it doesn’t hurt that they have good songs and strong vocals as well~
I don’t even know what’s going on in this video, but I just couldn’t take my eyes away from it. In German, there’s this word, fremdschämen, and it basically means feeling second-hand embarrassment. That’s how I feel when I watch this video. At least the song is nice and upbeat, but I may never be able to unsee the guy feeding grapes to the blow-up doll.
